The East Coast Collective was formed in September 2019. We are mixed chorus that meet at the Freston Village Hall, IP9 1AF, on Mondays from 7.30-9.30 pm.

We sing four part unaccompanied close harmony predominantly in the barbershop style
The sessions were free to attend, but now we do ask for a minimal fee of £2 to cover the cost of the hall, this is not a subscription, it is a “pay as you go”, so if you miss a week, you don’t pay.
You don’t need to be able to read music but being able to sing a tune would be helpful, there will be training and coaching on how to sing in the unaccompanied style, which will undoubtedly help anyone who currently sings in any other context.
Men and women of all ages and abilities welcome, why not give it a try. More information that should answer any questions you have can be found on the “INFO” page, just click the link above
We like to keep it light hearted and fun, whether your a seasoned singer or a complete novice, come along, we have something to offer everyone!
Once you become a member you will have access to the member section on this website, which has sheet music, teach tracks, and some useful YouTube links to various things to help you, as well as a whole host of other things that you should find useful.
We would love to see you there and think you will find singing in a group like this group very rewarding – we do!
